Zusammenfassung

ABM is seeking a Director, H2R Transformation Delivery to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire initiatives, coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure readiness, go-live, and stabilization. The role translates strategy into executable plans and manages governance, dependencies, and cross-functional impact across Industry Groups.

The candidate will partner with the HR PMO to align priorities, capacity, and transitions to BAU while driving risk reduction and field readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transformation delivery or HR operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale H2R transformations across multiple business units.
• Strong end-to-end H2R knowledge: payroll, workforce administration, onboarding, benefits.
• Proven project leadership with senior stakeholders and partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end H2R delivery for remaining Industry Group transformations, from discovery to stabilization.
• Maintain an integrated H2R delivery plan aligning process, policy, data, and technology.
• Represent H2R in program governance and ensure decisions are translated into action.
• Drive readiness, risk management, and transition to BAU with clear accountability.
