Job summary

Executive Jet Management (EJM) seeks a Lead Pilot for a Gulfstream G600 based in Boca Raton, FL. This two‑pilot operation is supported by a Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, and runs under Part 91.

The Lead PIC role emphasizes CRM/TEM, client service, and administrative duties within a refined flight operation. The ideal candidate will hold FAA ATP, have 4–6 years of corporate aviation experience, and prefer GVII type rating.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification is required.
• GVII type rating strongly preferred.
• Minimum time requirements: Total 3500 hours, MEL 1500 hours, PIC MEL 500 hours, Jet 500 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight department success and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with maintenance and crew schedules; manage inspections and audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence; perform pre-flight tasks and risk management.
• Deliver exceptional service to owners and passengers; communicate effectively using CRM/TEM.
• Oversee flight planning, weight & balance, and briefing for each assignment.
