Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking a Gulfstream 650 Pilot in Command based at Palm Beach, FL. The PIC will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations, coordinate with crew and maintenance, and deliver exceptional service to owners and passengers.

The role requires extensive flight time with PIC leadership, adherence to SOPs, and strong CRM/TEM skills to manage normal and emergency operations. Prior corporate aviation experience is preferred, with rigorous training requirements.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
• MEL: 1500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• JET: 500 hours
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance and weight & balance tasks.
• Lead briefings using TPC methodology to mitigate risks.
• Record discrepancies and monitor aircraft servicing per SOPs.
• Deliver high level customer service and meet passenger needs.
• Maintain regulatory training and comply with SMS program.
