Executive Jet Management (EJM) is seeking qualified candidates for a Gulfstream 650 aircraft based at Palm Beach, FL. The Pilot in Command will ensure safe operations, flight planning, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to owners and passengers.

We value 4–6 years of corporate aviation experience, FAA type rating, and a strong track record in professional flight operations. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet: 500 hours

Responsibilities

• Ensures crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance for each assignment.
• Uses Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
• Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including the maintenance status of the aircraft, to ensure mission readiness.
• Monitors all ground servicing items (fueling, oil, oxygen) per SOPs.
• Delivers high level customer service and meets passenger needs.
