Job summary

Aptino, Inc. is seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer in Jacksonville, FL to design, configure, and enhance PolicyCenter solutions. You will lead onshore/offshore teams, review requirements, and provide technical designs and estimates.

The role requires hands-on Gosu, PCF, configuration, data modeling, and Guidewire integrations, with a focus on performance optimization and production support. GenAI/prompt engineering exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience configuring Guidewire PolicyCenter and building data models.
Hands-on Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire integrations.
Ability to optimize performance and conduct design reviews.
Experience with production support, SIT/UAT, and deployments.
Exposure to GenAI tooling and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
Review requirements and provide technical designs and estimates.
Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore development teams.
Perform code reviews, defect resolution, and release support.
Troubleshoot integration, performance, and production issues.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production fixes.
Use GenAI and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
