Qualifications

• 8+ years of Guidewire experience with expertise in PolicyCenter.
• Strong hands-on experience in Product Model, PCF, and Gosu.
• Experience in Standards-Based Templates (SBT) and bureau-based product implementations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Guidewire Developer – PolicyCenter with strong expertise in PolicyCenter Configuration, Rating, SBT, Commercial Lines, and Guidewire Cloud. The candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Guidewire solutions while providing technical leadership across delivery teams.

Job Requirements

8+ years of Guidewire experience with strong expertise in PolicyCenter

Strong hands‑on experience in Product Model, PCF, Gosu, Rules, and Integrations

Strong experience in Rating and Product Configuration

Experience in Standards‑Based Templates (SBT) and bureau‑based product implementations

Experience working with ISO/NCCI‑based products, rating, forms, and underwriting rules

Experience delivering Guidewire Cloud implementations and upgrades

Technical leadership experience in design, code reviews, estimations, and team mentoring

Guidewire Cloud Certification (Mammoth release or above)
