Job summary

AF Group seeks an architecture leader to steer Guidewire InsuranceSuite initiatives. You will define scalable, secure architectures across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager, aligning with modernization and cloud strategies.

You will partner with business and IT teams, establish best practices for integration and security, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.
• Strong integration design using APIs, event-driven patterns, and cloud services.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership for Guidewire-based platforms and integrations.
• Define standards, modernization strategies, and cloud adoption patterns.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Claims, and ContactManager.
• Evaluate new Guidewire capabilities and cloud services for adoption.
• Mentor teams and align projects with enterprise architecture.
