• Deep knowledge of security, performance, and operational readiness practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership for AF Group's core insurance platform ecosystem.
• Design scalable, secure Guidewire-based solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and ContactManager.
• Define integration strategies using APIs, messaging, and cloud services.
• Establish architecture standards and modernization roadmaps; guide upgrades and cloud migrations.
• Mentor teams and ensure governance of cloud standards and best practices.
