Job summary

AF Group is seeking a senior architecture leader to guide Guidewire projects across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and ContactManager. You will shape integration patterns and modernization efforts, aligning with enterprise standards and security best practices.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to drive cloud adoption, platform upgrades, and scalable architectures, mentoring teams and ensuring maintainable solutions across on-prem and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud, upgrade and cloud migration.
• Strong communication and ability to set strategic architectural direction.
• Ability to mentor teams and govern cloud standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership for Guidewire applications across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and ContactManager.
• Define integration strategies and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead modernization efforts, cloud adoption patterns, and platform upgrades.
• Establish best practices for development, deployment, and security.
• Collaborate with Product, Project Managers and Engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
