Job summary
AF Group seeks an architecture leader to guide the Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to design scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
You will define cloud adoption patterns, integration approaches, and modernization strategies, while providing technical leadership for performance, security, and operational readiness across on-prem and cloud
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture.
- Experience with Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, ContactManager).
- Cloud adoption, modernization, and integration experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide architecture leadership for Guidewire ecosystem.
- Define integration strategies between Guidewire apps and enterprise systems.
- Partner with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions.
- Establish architecture standards and modernization patterns.
- Mentor and lead technical teams across projects.
