Job summary

Hidden Gems Montessori in Queens, NY is seeking a warm and professional Lead Guide to join our founding team for children ages 3–6. This part-time position, starting in June 2026, emphasizes communication, inclusion, and a commitment to each learner's growth.

As a Lead Guide, you'll prepare the classroom, present lessons, and support children's independence. Montessori training is preferred. Join us to play a key role in shaping a nurturing learning environment.

Hidden Gems Montessori — Lead Guide (Ages 3–6) Queens, NY | Part-Time | Start June 2026

Hidden Gems Montessori is opening June 29th, 2026, and we’re seeking a warm, grounded, and highly professional Lead Guide to join our founding team. Our school is built on respect for the child, inclusion, and a commitment to honoring each learner as a “hidden gem” ready to shine.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment
