With trained, dedicated educators (some with decades of experience), we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. Leading a classroom takes a special kind of skill. Montessori Certified Guides have been uniquely trained to deliver an authentic Montessori experience, encouraging children to be innovative and independent.

Responsibilities

As a Montessori Certified Guide you are an expert in:

• Sharing An Authentic Montessori Experience: Implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Teaching and Communicating: Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
