Hidden Gems Montessori in Queens, NY is seeking a warm and professional Lead Guide to join our founding team for children ages 3–6. This part-time position, starting in June 2026, emphasizes communication, inclusion, and a commitment to each learner's growth.

As a Lead Guide, you'll prepare the classroom, present lessons, and support children's independence. Montessori training is preferred. Join us to play a key role in shaping a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Assistant Guide to create a peaceful classroom.
• Communicate professionally with families.
• Participate in classroom setup prior to opening.
• Complete the 6–8 week onboarding and training program.
