Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. This role involves maintaining an efficient Hotel Front Office team under the guidance of Assistant Front Desk Managers. Responsibilities include training, assisting, and directing Front Desk Agents, Night Auditors, PBX Agents, Bell Attendants, Valet Attendants, and Ogle Haus staff to ensure accurate, courteous room registration and check-out processes. The incumbent also welcomes guests and provides excellent service.
Key leadership duties include:
Lead Persons do not conduct performance reviews, hiring, or termination processes but may provide input to management regarding these matters.
Qualifications
Typically, these skills are acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two months of on-the-job training or related experience.
