Learning Care is seeking a Lead GSRP Teacher in Michigan to plan and implement daily lessons for 4-year-olds under the GSRP curriculum. You will conduct observations, collaborate with a classroom team, and develop Individual Development Plans while ensuring compliance with program standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field and a ZA/ZS teaching certificate, with experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and valid ZA/ZS teaching certificate.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center rules.
• Capacity to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lessons based on the GSRP curriculum.
• Conduct child observations and assessments using approved tools.
• Collaborate with the associate teacher and classroom team for high-quality instruction and management.
• Develop IDPs for each child and lead parent-teacher conferences.
• Ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing, and program quality expectations.
• Participate in required professional development and coaching.
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
