ALVEST EQUIPMENT SERVICES (AES) is seeking a Lead GSE Mechanic to maintain and repair ground support equipment at the Reno, NV area. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems and ensure documentation and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years' experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC systems.
• Diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment repair background.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Use Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) to document all repairs
• Follow safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA)
• Participate in continuous improvement and training opportunities
