Job summary

Spring Health in Seattle seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive growth, engagement, and retention for our Specialty Care members with complex needs. This role owns strategy, experimentation roadmap, and success metrics to improve how members enter, engage in, and stay in care while maintaining clinical integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with growth ownership.
• Growth PM with funnels, experiments and KPIs in healthcare products.
• Strong experimentation program experience (A/B tests, cohort analysis).
• Experience operating in regulated or high-stakes environments (healthcare preferred).
• Deep analytical fluency with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for Specialty Care, defining activation, attendance, retention, and progression.
• Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey.
• Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Define and own growth KPIs reflecting business and clinical intent.
• Translate clinical constraints into scalable growth systems with personalization and repeatability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ship and iterate member-facing experiences and workflows.
• Partner with clinical, legal, and compliance to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other PMs to align growth initiatives across programs.
