About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Growth & Partner Operations Lead to join our team responsible for growing Pagaya’s partnerships and business across our priority asset classes: personal loans/fintech marketplaces; indirect auto and point of sale. This hire will play an integral role in upleveling Pagaya’s approach to both existing and potential new partners by supporting cross-partner strategies, communication, executive reporting and team operations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the execution of the Growth & Partnerships team’s strategy and roadmap, translating it into operational goals and objectives integrated into daily operations
  • Drive cross partner/asset class coordination, developing and enacting best practices that align with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Build and own presentation frameworks and materials for internal and external stakeholders (both potential and existing partners), working closely with partner executives/leads to tailor for individual partners
  • Maintaining partner coverage maps, relationship plans and drive coordination to grow executive level relationships with partner organizations
  • Forge critical relationships with internal stakeholders across the company to support the broader team and supercharge both efficiency and effectiveness of the partnerships organization
  • Maintain and enforce structured internal & external communications framework across the partnerships and key internal stakeholder departments
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes and streamline team operations, optimizing procedures for efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working in consulting, ideally with exposure to the financial services or fintech industries
  • Skilled in verbal and visual communication, adept at presenting information clearly for decision-making purposes
  • Experience in creating comprehensive, on-brand presentation decks for an executive audience is a must
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong financial analysis/modeling skills
  • Collaborative team player comfortable supporting colleagues and effectively working with a globally distributed team
  • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, capable of leading and executing projects across various levels and teams and adept at building relationships across the firm
  • Maintains a constructive and proactive attitude, showcasing creativity in problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – output is consistently accurate, thorough, and completed within deadline

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.

Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Compensation Range for New York Based Hires $130,000 — $150,000 USD
