• Responds to inquiries, processes orders, handles complaints and returns promptly and courteously.
• Phone duties, freight claim reporting, and other clerical tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Track and trace shipments and maintain customer records; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate special requests with transportation and operations; ensure accurate KPI reporting.
