Marriott's Grande Vista in Orlando is seeking hotel associates to deliver guest‑centric service and uphold safety standards across front desk and related operations. The role emphasizes clear communication, professional appearance, confidentiality, and willingness to assist guests, including those with disabilities, while following company policies and safety training.

Employees will greet guests, answer calls, support team goals, and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication and appearance.

• Complies with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods; lifts/carries objects up to 10 pounds.
• Performs other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating associates; role model for Open Door Policy.
