The City of Gainesville is seeking a Community Builder to lead a small crew in Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs. You will perform grounds and facilities maintenance, supervise surface work, and ensure safety and quality on projects across Depot Park and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of laboring experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role, and be proficient with hand and power tools and park maintenance equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualificações

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• At least three years of laboring work experience with two years as lead worker or supervisor.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees field operations in landscape maintenance and construction within City Parks.
• Leads crew members and provides guidance.
• Performs skilled grounds and landscaping tasks and operates equipment.
