Job summary

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, performing landscaping tasks, and coordinating with supervisory staff on work orders. Must have a Tennessee CDL and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ related experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee Commercial Driver’s License.
• DOT pre-employment drug test is required to start.
• Equivalents in education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and evaluates staff and conducts performance appraisals.
• Operates and supervises heavy equipment for building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensures safety compliance and proper equipment operation.
• Performs landscaping, mowing, planting and grounds care tasks.
• Coordinates with supervisors and interprets work orders.
