Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in commercial and/or institutional landscape maintenance.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience or experience leading teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Current TDA Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and direct grounds maintenance operations across campuses to keep outdoor areas attractive and safe.
• Operate and supervise use of irrigation systems and grounds equipment.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems; manage seasonal scheduling and crews.
• Supervise and coach staff; ensure compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules.
