Job summary

TRDI is seeking a grounds maintenance worker to maintain and improve outdoor spaces at Fort Cavazos Motorcycle and POV Campus. The role includes mowing, trimming, plant care, and basic repairs to keep facilities safe and presentable for staff and visitors.

You will follow safety procedures, use PPE, and work within a team to support internal and external customers while contributing to continuous improvement of outdoor maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining grounds for industrial, commercial or public properties.
• Capable of operating basic landscaping equipment and mowers.
• Knowledge of safety rules and PPE usage.
• Ability to work within a team and serve internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds of buildings, parks and outdoor facilities.
• Repair structures and equipment; perform lawn care tasks and hedge trimming.
• Perform snow/ice control on walkways and entrances.
• Plant, water, mulch and maintain lawns, shrubs and flower beds.
