• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church.
• Strong initiative with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and set priorities.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turf, irrigation, and landscape maintenance.
• Lead grounds crews and volunteers; set schedules.
• Maintain equipment, safety, and training of team.
• Oversee snow removal, Christmas light display, and events.
• Maintain grounds cleanliness, parking lots, lakes, sidewalks.
• Ensure proper records and reports for grounds operations.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems for plant beds.
• Coordinate with DHG and provide support for special projects.
