• Ability to follow oral, written, and graphic instructions.
• Ability to keep simple records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the work of crews performing grounds maintenance tasks (flowerbeds, snow removal, lawn care, pool operation).
• Oversee major projects like landscaping, driveway work, shade tree maintenance, and subsurface utility excavations.
• Supervise repair and maintenance of equipment to maximize readiness and availability.
• Maintain simple records and assist with cost estimates for activities.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned (e.g., rubbish removal, mail transport).
