• Confer with supervisor on major projects like landscaping, driveways, shade trees, and subsurface utility work.
• Oversees repair and maintenance of light and heavy equipment used in grounds maintenance to maximize readiness.
• Maintains simple records and assists with cost estimates to document activities.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks such as rubbish removal, laundry pickup, and mail transport to assist other areas.
• Implements HR policies and procedures including recruitment, performance reviews, safety, and confidentiality.
