Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic permanent Project Manager for large ground-up commercial construction projects in the Sacramento area, including hospitality, stadiums, retail, data centers, and casinos. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for large-scale commercial construction.
• Experience with sectors like stadiums, hospitality, retail, restaurants, casinos, data centers, industrial facilities, and medical complexes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and team members to meet high standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.
