Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as PM in commercial construction.
• Experience managing large projects ($50M–$100M+) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Procore knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine methods.
• Develop and manage project work plans.
• Control budget and schedule to avoid overruns.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safety culture.
• Lead project team and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
