Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projects.
• Skilled in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general construction operations of projects valued at $10M to $50M.
• Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage progress and ensure conformity to contract documents.
• Develop schedules and implement recovery strategies.
