The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and OSHA 30 within the last five years, with travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction overseeing ground-up projects.
• Ability to lead multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• OSHA 30 within the last 5 years or ability to renew.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety compliance and advocate for safety as priority.
• Supervise field construction to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare and distribute field reports daily.
• Ensure subcontractors maintain red line drawings and quality standards.
