Job summary

Marand Builders, Inc. is seeking a General Contractor Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up projects from inception to completion. Travel to multiple sites is required, and the role emphasizes safety, coordination of multiple teams, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have OSHA 30 certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Procore for project reporting and punch-list management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30 certification within last 5 years or ability to renew.
• Experience supervising ground-up commercial construction and coordinating multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety compliance and oversee site safety plans.
• Supervise field activities, coordinate subs, and communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time project delivery and accurate progress reporting.
• Direct subcontractors to submit change orders for PM approval.
• Maintain project documentation including look aheads and punch lists.
