TrueBuild Partners LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Windsor, CO to own ground-up municipal, school, and commercial projects from kickoff to closeout. You will work with seasoned superintendents and project teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of construction project management experience; a Bachelor's degree is helpful but not required. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits, a vehicle, bonus, PTO, and 401(k) match.

• Ground-up project experience in municipal, school, commercial, or related construction preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
• Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation
