Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up federal, commercial, or industrial construction projects in the Colorado Springs area. You will own the project from kickoff to closeout, partnering with experienced superintendents and project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project management experience and a track record in ground-up work. Bachelor's degree is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Ground-up project experience on federal, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish.
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and government representatives to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards.
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements.
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Handle contract review, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other key project documentation in accordance with federal reporting standards.
