• Strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems for cold storage projects.
• Proven experience in developing schedules from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial projects focused on ground-up construction with budgets exceeding $5 million.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Critical Path Method.
• Ensure client retention and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
