Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a senior systems engineer to lead architecture development for Ground Based Radar systems at our US facility. You will define requirements, document system interfaces, and work with software and test teams to deliver high-performing radar solutions.

Required: 8+ years in STEM, MBSE/Cameo experience, MATLAB and Linux proficiency; Python/C/C++/Java skills and DOORS are a plus. Strong communication and customer-facing abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Advanced Degree in STEM preferred.
• Experience with Radar Systems or related systems engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and leading technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectures and requirements for Ground Based Radar (GBR) systems.
• Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver radar solutions.
• Perform requirements analysis, benchmarking, and verification planning.
