Job Overview:

Are you a creative and motivated graphic designer with a passion for branding and digital design? InnerAction Media is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Morgantown, WV, offering an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience, build their portfolio, and grow in a dynamic marketing environment.

In this role, you will contribute to a variety of design projects, including branding, digital content, and marketing materials. Occasional work with simple motion graphics for social media and video content may be included. We are looking for someone with a strong design foundation, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, typography, and style guides to establish strong visual identities for clients.
• Design promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, website graphics, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that align with client goals.

Marketing & Digital Assets:

• Design engaging social media graphics, infographics, and ad creatives.
• Assist in creating website visuals and landing page assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Additional Creative Support:

• Occasionally assist with basic motion graphics for video projects and digital ads using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Work with the video team to integrate simple animated elements when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or agency experience count).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to bring creative ideas to life in digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animations.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for light video-related tasks.
