About the Job

The Graphic Designer will focus on social media and communication content creation, contributing to the conceptualization, design, and development of brand campaigns and assets. This role reports to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

1. Design diverse communication and social media assets: graphics, GIFs, animations, videos, presentations, reports, ads, blogs, infographics, website graphics, etc.
2. Understand social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
3. Maintain a consistent and polished brand expression.
4. Edit and enhance existing designs and templates for uniform aesthetic across platforms.
5. Collaborate with the communications team on creative and production processes for social media and communication projects.
6. Partner with other teams to develop creative solutions for product launches, promotions, announcements, and content.
7. Translate complex concepts into engaging designs for diverse audiences, including consumers and IT professionals.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong typography skills and effective use of brand colors, images, and fonts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Knowledge of Figma, AI Video, and Still Imagery is a plus.
• Experience in motion graphics and short-form content creation.
• Basic video editing skills for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• Understanding of platform trends and algorithms.
• Awareness of accessibility best practices.
• Ability to demonstrate varied styles and bring ideas to life.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and teams.
• Organization skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Link to a visual portfolio emphasizing social media design.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
