Job summary

Meadia Heights Golf Club in Lancaster, PA, partnered with Bobby Jones Links, seeks a Head Golf Professional to lead the golf operation, manage staff, and oversee budgets and tournaments.

You will provide expert instruction to members and guests, manage the golf shop and driving range, and coordinate with marketing and the superintendent to ensure course readiness and a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be an PGA Class A member with leadership experience.
• College degree preferred and five years of Head Golf Professional or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and monthly budgets for golf operations and meet financial goals.
• Oversee golf tournaments, sales, operations, and billing.
• Provide golf lessons and supervise the instruction program for members and guests.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate golf department staff.
• Maintain retail shop appearance and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Collaborate with marketing and course maintenance for events and playability.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and safety standards.
