Glenview Golf Course in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a full-time Lead Mechanic. You will lead and mentor four other mechanics across golf properties, perform and supervise maintenance tasks, and utilize a company vehicle for travel to other sites within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a preventive maintenance program on all equipment, purchases repair parts and replacement supplies.
• Inspects, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical defects in golf course maintenance equipment.
• Performs mower grinding and sharpening, overhaul of motors and reels, and adjusts braking systems.
• Performs machining or welding work for fittings used in repairing maintenance equipment.
• Manages expenses related to parts purchases, inventory, service work, and fuel.
• Keeps accurate records of preventive maintenance, repairs, and parts ordered.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of construction and maintenance equipment and tools.
