Qualifications

• Experience with greens keeping, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety precautions when operating equipment and applying chemicals.
• Familiarity with golf course layout and maintenance requirements.
• Must obtain Commercial Applicator’s license within 1 year and CDL within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily setup of the golf course: tee boxes, pin placement, mowing.
• Oversees irrigation and mowing of greens, fairways, tees; applies chemicals and fertilizers.
• Maintains equipment; repairs valves, sprinkler heads, lines, and motors.
• Assists in scheduling maintenance projects and special course projects.
