Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training/education focus is advantageous for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor staff on GMP-inspection processes and labeling.
• Certify operators on assigned duties and maintain certification records.
• Coordinate and deliver onsite training sessions and annual certifications.
• Monitor training room readiness and keep training calendars up to date.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support supervisors with daily training activities and cross-functional collaboration.
