Lincoln Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for Milwaukee Burger Company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role leads the entire operation, drives sales, manages costs, and motivates a team to deliver exceptional hospitality in a high-energy sports-bar environment.

The GM will own the guest experience, mentor staff, and maintain standards across food quality, service, and cleanliness, while sustaining a vibrant, fun atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant operation and set the daily tone.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Accountable for sales, labor, costs, profitability, and overall results.
• Be on the floor during busy periods to lead by example.
