Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant with the General Manager to motivate the team and drive results.
• Manage shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere guests love.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Lead from the floor and jump in wherever needed.
• Help manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Build schedules and maintain appropriate staffing.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Hold the team accountable while celebrating successes.
• Support the General Manager in driving restaurant-wide success.
