Qualifications

• GM Master Technician certification or equivalent with EV focus

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on GM EVs, including battery packs and high-voltage components
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections per GM standards
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians on complex EV systems
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate technical information and estimates
• Stay updated on GM EV technologies and service bulletins
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure safety protocols around HV systems
