Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware).

Responsibilities

• Program manager to monitor the network infrastructure builds health, customer demand, risks, and corrective actions.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others while managing multiple cross-organizational projects.
• Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management daily.
• Analyze and visualize data with BI tools such as Redshift, Tableau, and QuickSight.
