Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with business-facing HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
• Serve as a trusted compensation specialist for initiatives, programs, and processes.
• Develop thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations on complex compensation matters.
