Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in environmental field required.
• Strong GIS, spatial analysis and data management experience.
• Ability to translate complex spatial data into actionable recommendations.
• Supervisory experience may be required depending on agency needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS platforms, data quality, and analytics for planning and decision making.
• Oversee mapping, spatial analysis, and system integration efforts.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff in OWQ/WAPB.
• Develop reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Manage projects, coordinate with regulatory programs, and track progress.
