Job summary

The City of Aurora is seeking a GIS and CMMS Supervisor for the PROS department. You will lead the GIS/CMMS team, develop strategic plans, and provide high-level technical solutions for asset-centric data across parks and recreation facilities.

You will partner with Planning, Design & Construction, Park Operations, Open Space, Golf, Recreation, and other divisions to optimize GIS and CMMS use, while mentoring staff and managing workload in a dynamic municipal environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Asset Management, drafting or related field.
Five years GIS operating experience.
Two years Asset Management/CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a GIS and CMMS strategic plan and vision.
Partner with multiple divisions to enhance GIS/CMMS solutions and analytics.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate PROS GIS and CMMS staff; provide feedback and training.
Manage service desk tickets and KPIs; coordinate projects with vendors.
Identify efficiencies through automation and integrations; set standards and training.
Serve as department liaison on GIS/CMMS matters and stay current with trends.
