You will oversee proposals, budgets, schedules, and field investigations, collaborating with clients and teams to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions.

The role requires a PE license in Alabama or the ability to obtain within six months, and 5+ years of geotechnical consulting

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical emphasis)
• PE license in Alabama or ability to obtain within six months
• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering consulting experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with shallow & deep foundation design, retaining walls, earthwork and site development, geotechnical investigations, soil testing, and slope stability analysis

Responsabilidades

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through completion
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and fee estimates
• Lead client communication and project coordination
• Perform geotechnical analyses and engineering evaluations
• Provide foundation, retaining wall, earthwork, and slope stability recommendations
• Review subsurface investigations and laboratory data
• Prepare geotechnical reports and proposals
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
